My Journey
I am bilingual in a country where most people speak poor English. I grew up helping people with their English writing skills, which gives me enough experience to feel ready to be a professional proofreader. With all the ESL work I've completed, I understand how foreigners think when using English.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Languages for Interpreting and Translation, which has enhanced my editing skills and understanding of linguistic and cultural nuances.
Experience
I have experience proofreading a young adult novel. I have also given in-depth feedback to an author who is currently rewriting their work, sharing with them what worked and what needed improvements. Over the years, I proofread many ESL essays, along with translated texts that needed polishing.
While I completed the Knowadays "Becoming A Proofreader" course with distinction, I do believe you can never stop learning something new, whether it's a word or a concept.

What Is the Turnaround Time?
It depends on the project length and content. Shorter projects may take 1–2 days; longer ones could take weeks. If the topic discussed is dense, it might take me some extra time to go over it properly. I need details about the topic and length before I can give you an estimate.
What if I'm Not Satisfied?
If there are issues with my work, I can review it again, but I do not offer refunds.
How Can I Pay?
My preferred method of payment is PayPal. However, I will also consider other payment methods if clients don't have PayPal.
While I have my prices listed in Euros, we can convert the final cost before we start the payment process.
